According to the Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, "Personal data protection code”,
we wish to inform you that the personal data that you have supplied may be handled by LAM Technologies.
1. Definition of handling.
The handling of personal data includes their collection, recording, organization, storage,
processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, linkage, blocking,
communication, diffusion, deletion and destruction or rather the combination of two or more
of such operations.
2. Purpose of handling.
The personal date supplied will be handled for purposes inherent the activity of our company,
particularly to provide you with technical information and/or marketing and commercial programs
promotion, for administrative activities (invoicing, etc.) as well as statistical
surveys and marketing analysis.
3. Methods of data handling.
The data will be handled following principles of fairness, lawfulness and clarity in order
to grant their security and privacy; the data handling will be carried out by manual and automated
devices.
4. Data subject’s rights.
At any time you are entitled to exercise your rights according to art. 7 of Legislative
Decree no. 196/2003, and in particular the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the
relevant personal data exist and communication of such data in intelligible form; the right to
be informed about the source of the personal data, the purpose and methods of the handling;
to obtain the cancellation or blocking of data or, if interested, their updating and
amendment; to object on rightful grounds, to the handling of data; to object to the handling
of data carried out for commercial reasons, of sending advertising materials or direct sale
or for commercial communication surveys.
5. Category of subjects whom data will be shared with:
The personal data you will supply may be communicated and/or spread:
a) in cases and to the subjects according to law provisions.
b) to external subjects carrying out activities on the account of our company,
according to the purposes above detailed.
c) to companies controlled, connected and associated to LAM technologies, or to
its own sales agency (agents, resellers, dealers, distributors, etc.), according
to the purposes above detailed.
6. Obligatory or facultative nature of personal data provision.
The data provision for the purposes at point 2 is facultative.
