When you send a technical support request you must specify your reply-to address to contact you, as well as yours and your company’s identifying data.

In order to find quickly a solution it is important we receive a complete description including the following information:
  1. Name of the product/s involved
  2. Serial number of the product/s
  3. Installation mode (if applicable)
  4. Configuration and calibration data (if applicable)
  5. Operation or condition causing the problem
  6. Occurring frequency of the problem
